For the last couple of years granny-chic has been on everyone's lips. Floral dresses, vintage bags and laced ankle boots have been a strong part of the streetstyle. But this spring grandpas are going to step into the limelight.
There's something truly inspiring about stylish grey-haired gentlemen playing chess in the park. The way they pair their slouchy trousers with braces, cardigans and berets. And the fact that they never fail to look relaxed and sophisticated.
The easiest way to incorporate some grandpa chic into your own look is to pick a couple of elements and pair them with your favourite clothes. I picked a pair of slouchy trousers with braces and wore them with my favourite blouses and headpieces. Adding a pair of high heels and some lipstick takes the overall look from masculine to dainty. And probably makes both Grandma and Grandpa proud!
