- H&M is hardly different at all - same stuff. It's all made in China, India, Bangladesh, Pakistan...
- Scandinavian people (in general) are faster to adopt new fashion trends than people (in general) in Britain.
- There are more blondes in Scandinavia. Obviously.
- Nordic fashion is rarely contrived or excessively stylised. Minimalistic still reigns.
- When it comes to winter fashion, the poor residents of Nordic countries "enjoy" a long often very cold winter and as such have some great winter clothes - both in terms of quality e.g Peak Performance and also styles e.g. Malene Birger, Peter Jensen .
- Plus Size Clothing is virtually non existent in Sweden & Norway but there is some demand in Denmark and Iceland.
- Scandinavian people (in general) are more conformist to trends than people (in general) in The UK. Britain has far more diversity in fashion trends than Scandinavia.
- Scandinavia Summer fashions are very down to earth - eco is a big theme for 2010.
